My background in conflict management and leadership in international nonprofits helps me bring a steady, empathetic presence to what can sometimes be a stressful process. I currently live in and walk the path of my great uncle, Justus Wiley, one of the last mayors of Ballard. His legacy of community leadership and advocacy inspires me to serve with integrity, heart, and a deep respect for the neighborhoods we call home.

For fun? I volunteer with local food and housing security efforts, tend my ever-evolving garden, write and perform a bit 'o music, manage home projects, hang out with my family and friends, and work on my latte art.
